MINIMUM OPENING ORDER
Minimum purchase amount for opening orders is $3000. We make exceptions for small businesses owned by women entrepreneurs.
MINIMUM RE-ORDER
The minimum re-order can include retail products, professional products, or both combined. There is no required dollar amount on re-orders, however the order must include a quantity of 4 items per retail product.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES AND BACK ORDERS
Most orders will be received within 7 to 14 business days once Om Aroma receives the signed ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM (5 to 7 business days of internal processing plus 3 to 7 business days shipping). We make every effort to have the product you need in stock. However, in order to provide you with the freshest products possible, we do not stock large volumes and back orders may occur. We will always provide you with an approximate date of shipment.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All orders may be paid by VISA, M/C, Discover, American Express or by company check.
PAYMENT TERMS
Om Aroma requires payment upon shipping. National accounts may choose to pay NET 30 days by credit card or by company check. NET 30 day privileges do not extend to opening orders. Payments returned for insufficient funds will incur a $35 service charge. Overdue accounts will be charged a 1.5% monthly interest fee. Om Aroma requires three credit references as well as a fully completed and signed order form to process a request for NET 30 day payments.
SHIPPING SERVICES
All orders are shipped by UPS. Shipping charges are determined at the time of shipping and will be added to the invoice. Please note: our minimum shipping and handling charge is $20.00.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If products are damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged products in the original shipping carton and immediately notify Om Aroma and/or the courier. UPS will require a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. Om Aroma will immediately send a replacement of damaged products to accommodate the client. If client does not keep the original shipping carton, the client will be responsible for shipping charges.
RETURNS
Om Aroma only accepts returns of damaged or defective products. Contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number. Approved returns of damaged products must be processed within 30 days of receipt of order. The full value of the product will then be credited to the client’s Om Aroma account.
Returns on expired products are not accepted. Products have a minimum 1 year shelf life.
REQUIRED CONDITION OF STORAGE
Om Aroma requires the storage of all Om Aroma products in a climate controlled environment (5-20 degrees C, 40-65 degrees F), away from direct sun exposure and dampness. Containers must be tightly closed.
Om Aroma cannot take responsibility for the condition of the products shipped by ground transportation due to the possibility of exposure to severe climate conditions during transportation.
PRICE CHANGES
We make every effort to inform our clients prior to making any price changes. However, due to frequent increases in organic pricing, Om Aroma prices are subject to change without notice.
Om Aroma products cannot be sold for less than the suggested retail price, without written authorization.
By placing an order, I declare that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions as specified by Om Aroma. I also declare that I am authorized to place orders and take full responsibility for acceptance and payment of all future orders placed under our account.
