All domestic retail orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. If you need to place a rushed order, please call us at 888.443.4885, ext. 701.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
FedEx does not deliver on the weekends. This means Overnight and 2-Day orders placed on Friday will not arrive until Tuesday of the following week.
FREE SHIPPING
Retail orders over $100* are shipped free of charge for the contiguous U.S. only. International orders will pay standard shipping rates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders must be placed by calling 212.304.2887. Please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone orders from Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 100% LOVE guarantee! We stand behind our products and have thousands of happy customers. If you don't love your Om Aroma products, please email us at info@omaroma.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Just mail us back the product (postmarked within 14 days after receipt of your purchase) and we will either exchange or refund you. We are unable to refund the freight charges, and we cannot accept any products after that period.
